Client Referral Program
- During your first visit to Radiance, a referral reward account will be established.
- You will receive several 10% referral discount cards.
- You give one of these referral discount cards to your friends, family and colleagues whom you are referring to Radiance Medspa. Please remember to write your name and account number on these cards so that we can ensure that proper credit is given to you.
- When your referral books an appointment by calling 281-367-3272 or by visiting our website; www.radiancewoodlands.com, and arrives for their first service, they will need to present their referral discount card to receive their 10% discount.
- For every dollar your referrals spend on services and products, you will earn one referral point. Twenty points will equal one Radiance Dollar or 500 points equate to a $25 Radiance gift card.
- Throughout the month, your referral points will accumulate in your account. You are welcome to call and receive the balance in your account by providing your account number.
- Your accumulated points can be converted to Radiance money gift cards in $25, $50, and $100 gift card denominations.
- These gift cards are valid for purchasing all services and products.

Corporate & Community Partner Referral Program:
- To take part in Corporate and Community Partner Referral Program, Radiance will provide you with a display, appropriate marketing and promotional materials (referral cards). The marketing and promotional material will outline your corporate partner details. It is important that your referrals bring this material with them, as it will be used to assign points to your referral rewards account.
- Corporate Partner employees will receive a 10% discount on all treatments and products. To receive this discount, these employees can present a referral card or proof of employment at the Corporate Partner.
- Corporate Partners will receive one point for each dollar spent by referred employees or any other referral.
- All Corporate Partner referral points will accumulate and will be totaled at the end of each month.
- The accumulated points are convertible in to Radiance gift cards/certificates at the rate of one dollar for every 20 points. For example, 500 points can be converted into a $25 gift card or 2000 points can be converted into a $100 gift card.
- Corporate Partners can use these gift cards for staff rewards, employee incentives or employee appreciation, or client/customer appreciation.
